Doch genau darum geht es bei unserem Ansatz nicht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">F\u00fcr uns ist Krafttraining vor allem ein Werkzeug um den K\u00f6rper gesund, belastbar und leistungsf\u00e4hig f\u00fcr den Alltag zu machen. Es soll dabei helfen, Treppen leichter zu steigen, Eink\u00e4ufe einfacher zu tragen, R\u00fcckenschmerzen vorzubeugen oder sich im Alltag sicherer und beweglicher zu f\u00fchlen. Schon wenige gezielte \u00dcbungen k\u00f6nnen dazu beitragen, Kraft aufzubauen und die Lebensqualit\u00e4t langfristig zu verbessern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dabei steht nicht die Leistung im Vordergrund, sondern das pers\u00f6nliche Wohlbefinden. Niemand muss H\u00f6chstleistungen erbringen oder sich mit anderen vergleichen. Es geht nicht darum, immer schwerere Gewichte zu bewegen oder einem bestimmten Sch\u00f6nheitsideal zu entsprechen. Jeder Mensch hat unterschiedliche Voraussetzungen, Ziele und M\u00f6glichkeiten \u2013 und genau das ist v\u00f6llig in Ordnung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unser Ziel ist es, Krafttraining so einfach und zug\u00e4nglich wie m\u00f6glich zu gestalten. Mit wenig Zeitaufwand, einfachen \u00dcbungen und ohne Leistungsdruck kann jeder etwas f\u00fcr seine Gesundheit tun. Bereits regelm\u00e4\u00dfige kurze Trainingseinheiten k\u00f6nnen die Muskulatur st\u00e4rken, die K\u00f6rperhaltung verbessern und das Risiko f\u00fcr Beschwerden im Alltag reduzieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wir m\u00f6chten zeigen, dass Krafttraining f\u00fcr alle da ist \u2013 unabh\u00e4ngig von Alter, Erfahrung oder Fitnessniveau. Es ist kein Wettkampf, sondern eine Investition in die eigene Gesundheit.
