Doch Ausdauertraining muss weder extrem noch zeitaufwendig sein, um einen positiven Effekt auf die Gesundheit zu haben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">F\u00fcr uns steht beim Ausdauersport vor allem die F\u00f6rderung der Gesundheit im Mittelpunkt. Durch regelm\u00e4\u00dfige Bewegung wird das Herz-Kreislauf-System gest\u00e4rkt, die Durchblutung verbessert und der K\u00f6rper lernt, Sauerstoff effizienter zu nutzen. Das Herz arbeitet wirtschaftlicher, die Belastbarkeit steigt und viele allt\u00e4gliche Aktivit\u00e4ten fallen sp\u00fcrbar leichter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ein besonderer Fokus liegt auf dem Aufbau der sogenannten Grundlagenausdauer. Sie bildet die Basis f\u00fcr nahezu jede k\u00f6rperliche Aktivit\u00e4t \u2013 egal ob beim Sport, bei der Arbeit oder im Alltag. Eine gute Grundlagenausdauer hilft dabei, l\u00e4nger aktiv zu bleiben, sich schneller von Belastungen zu erholen und k\u00f6rperliche Herausforderungen mit weniger Anstrengung zu bew\u00e4ltigen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dabei geht es nicht darum, m\u00f6glichst schnell zu laufen oder st\u00e4ndig neue Bestzeiten aufzustellen. Bereits regelm\u00e4\u00dfiges Gehen, Radfahren, Wandern, Schwimmen oder lockeres Joggen kann die Ausdauer nachhaltig verbessern. Entscheidend ist nicht die Intensit\u00e4t, sondern die Kontinuit\u00e4t. Schon wenige Trainingseinheiten pro Woche k\u00f6nnen einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Gesundheit leisten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unser Ziel ist es, Ausdauertraining f\u00fcr jeden zug\u00e4nglich zu machen \u2013 unabh\u00e4ngig von Alter, Fitnessniveau oder sportlicher Erfahrung. Ohne Leistungsdruck und ohne Vergleiche mit anderen m\u00f6chten wir zeigen, wie einfach es sein kann, das Herz-Kreislauf-System zu st\u00e4rken und langfristig etwas f\u00fcr die eigene Gesundheit zu tun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Denn eine gute Ausdauer bedeutet weit mehr als sportliche Leistung.
